Food supplies for two school complexes

Summary

The Municipality of Carbonne is procuring food supplies in 14 lots for the canteens of two school complexes. Products include meat, dairy and fresh foods, frozen products, fruit and vegetables, grocery items, and organic or quality-labelled products. The notice gives an estimated daily volume of about 451 meals on four school days per week, around 70 meals on Wednesdays, and 40–90 meals per day during school holidays. Variants are not permitted. Depending on the lot, tenders are assessed on sample or product quality (25%), environmental impact (30%), the proposed service (10%), and price together with the supplier’s commitment concerning price changes (35%).
