Technical assistance for pre-acceptance operations for sewer works

Summary

The procurement is for technical inspection services following renewal, rehabilitation, extension or construction works on wastewater and stormwater sewer networks, before the works are accepted. The framework agreement is divided into two lots: the first covers Clichy-sous-Bois, Coubron, Gagny, Le Raincy, Les Pavillons-sous-Bois, Livry-Gargan, Montfermeil and Vaujours; the second covers Neuilly-Plaisance, Neuilly-sur-Marne, Rosny-sous-Bois, Villemomble, Gournay-sur-Marne and Noisy-le-Grand. Bidders may submit offers for both lots, but each bidder may be awarded no more than one lot. An offer must cover the entirety of each lot for which a bidder submits. The framework agreement runs for one year and may be renewed three times for one year each, for a total term of up to four years. There is no minimum value; the maximum is EUR 1,600,000 excluding VAT per lot over the full contract term. Offers will be assessed on quality (50%), price (40%), and social and environmental value (10%). Offers remain valid for 120 days. Electronic submission is required by 6 November 2026 at 12:00.
