Insurance services for the Commune of Saint-André-les-Vergers

Summary

The Commune of Saint-André-les-Vergers is procuring insurance contracts for four years, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, in four lots: insurance for municipal property and related risks (36,157 m² to be insured); liability and related risks (approximately €6,600,000 in payroll, 260 employees and 33 elected representatives); motor vehicles and related risks (approximately 52 vehicles and machines, and an estimated 5,000 km driven in employees’ own cars); and legal expenses cover for the municipality, its employees and elected representatives. A base offer is mandatory for every lot. For lot 3, bidders must also submit a technical and financial proposal for the additional machine-breakdown cover; the municipality will decide whether to order it. Bidders may submit for one, several or all lots, but must provide a separate offer for each lot. Offers must be submitted electronically in French.
