Property damage insurance for the Fontevraud site for the Pays de la Loire Region

Summary

The tender concerns a 60-month property damage insurance contract for the Fontevraud site for the Pays de la Loire Region. The insurance is to cover sudden and accidental material damage to insured property resulting from an insured event, together with related costs and losses, including business interruption and additional operating expenses, as well as the financial consequences of the insured party’s liabilities, subject to the general exclusions and limits. The cover is arranged for the needs of the Region, the French State, SOPRAF and CCO. The bid must include both the basic solution and the mandatory variant; failure to address the mandatory variant will lead to rejection. Free variants are not allowed. A bid may be submitted with or without reservations, but any reservations must be listed separately and must not change the requested structure or overall scope of cover. Depending on its role, the bidder must provide proof of the risk carrier’s authorisation or the intermediary’s ORIAS registration number. Bids must be submitted electronically by 4 November 2026 at 12:00. An optional site visit is scheduled for the morning of 15 October 2026.
