Training in the management of risks associated with healthcare

Summary

The tender is for training courses on the management of risks associated with healthcare for Assistance Publique–Hôpitaux de Paris. Bidders may tender for one or more lots, which are evaluated separately. The lots cover organisational and human factors (one day, an estimated 3–5 sessions per year); analysis of serious safety incidents and their prevention, recovery and mitigation (two days, three sessions per year); organising practical experience-feedback and learning processes (one day, an estimated 4–6 sessions per year); communicating harm associated with care to patients (90-minute sessions, four sessions per day; an estimated eight sessions, or two training days, per year); and preparing healthcare professionals and future trainers on serious safety incidents, care quality and safety (90-minute sessions, four sessions per day; an estimated 48 sessions, or 12 training days, per year). Training takes place at AP-HP premises, and the stated quantities are estimates rather than binding commitments. This is a single-supplier framework agreement for services ordered as needed, with unit prices fixed for the contract term, including any extension. The initial term is two years, with one possible express extension of one year. There is no minimum volume; the maximum is 200% of the estimated quantities for the full contract term. Bidders must submit technical and financial offers for the lot or lots concerned and demonstrate their financial, technical and professional capacity. Offers are assessed on price (45%), technical quality (50%), and environmental and social aspects (5% combined); a technical-quality score below 12/20 is eliminatory. Offers must be submitted electronically in French by 3 November 2026 at 12:00.
