Assistance with monitoring and coordination of CASSB's PIDAF

Summary

The tender concerns monitoring and coordination of the forest fire prevention and forest management plan (PIDAF) for the South Sainte-Baume intermunicipal authority. The work includes planning annual forestry actions while taking environmental and landscape considerations into account; obtaining consent from affected landowners; preparing and supporting grant applications and forestry easement applications; assisting with supervision of worksites; preparing an annual activity report; and promoting cooperation between forestry and pastoral activities. This is a 48-month framework agreement carried out through orders, with a minimum total value of EUR 80,000 and a maximum of EUR 210,000 excluding VAT. The bid must include the required turnover information and references for relevant services performed in the last three years, as well as a declaration that the bidder is not prohibited from participating. The award criteria are technical quality (60%), environmental performance (10%) and price (30%). Variants are not permitted.
