Reservation of childcare places in Ile-de-France

Summary

The tender covers the reservation of childcare places for the children of employees of the economic and financial ministries at childcare establishments in the Ile-de-France region. The establishments must be licensed by the maternal and child protection authority (PMI), have an agreement with the relevant departmental family benefits fund (CAF), and apply the agreed rates under the single childcare benefit scheme (PSU). The children must belong to employees who work and/or live in Ile-de-France. The contract is divided into eight department-based lots: Paris, Seine-et-Marne, Yvelines, Essonne, Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis, Val-de-Marne and Val-d’Oise. The framework agreement runs from 1 September 2027 to 31 August 2031 (48 months), with a maximum total value of EUR 13,400,000 excluding VAT.
