Rental of Four Modular Classrooms at Cité du Nord in Acoua

Summary

The Rectorate of Mayotte is procuring, as a single contract, the supply, transport and installation of 12 modules and their rental for 18 months to provide four single-storey classrooms at the Cité du Nord school in Acoua. The rooms comprise two spaces of approximately 60 m² for 30 pupils each and two of approximately 30 m² for 15 pupils each. The work also includes supporting and levelling the modules, any necessary limited earthworks, electrical connections and internal installations, lighting, air conditioning and fans, basic fire-fighting equipment and safety signs, pre-opening cleaning, warranty coverage, and removal of the modules and reinstatement of the site at the end of the rental. The tender documents state an overall contract duration of 38 months: five weeks for delivery and installation, 18 months of rental, three weeks for removal and reinstatement, and 18 months for administrative and financial close-out. The estimated value is EUR 90,000–110,000. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 Mayotte time on 16 October 2026.
