Multi-lot framework agreement for legal advice for the Musée du quai Branly – Jacques Chirac
Summary
The Musée du quai Branly – Jacques Chirac is procuring a two-lot framework agreement for legal services, delivered through individual orders. Lot 1 covers legal advice on public-sector employment law; it excludes court representation and advice preparing for litigation or relating to a matter where litigation is highly likely. Lot 2 covers industrial property advice and management of trademarks and domain names, including defining requirements, searches for earlier rights, filings and renewals, monitoring, and, where needed, pre-litigation and litigation services in France and abroad. Patent, design and model services are outside the described trademark services for Lot 2. Access to both lots is restricted to lawyers registered with a French bar. Applicants must provide turnover, experience, staffing and professional qualification information, as well as a completed unit-price schedule and a technical tender. The maximum value is €25,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and €120,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2; there is no minimum value. Each lot runs for 12 months and may be renewed three times for the same period, subject to a total duration of no more than four years. The tender deadline is 30 October 2026 at 12:00. Tenders are assessed on price (50 points), technical quality (40 points) and environmental performance (10 points).
