Supply of special dietary products (re-tendering of lots 23, 27, 38, 48, 49 and 74)

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of special dietary products in six separate lots: a liquid, milk-based, hypercaloric nutritional supplement with fibre (over 2 kcal/ml); an oral paediatric nutritional supplement; high-protein instant cereals for adults for hot or cold preparation; low-protein biscuits and bread; and ready-to-use thickened drinks at IDDSI levels 3 and 4. These lots are being retendered after they were unsuccessful in the original competition. This is a framework agreement fulfilled through purchase orders, with unit prices. Each lot is awarded separately; bids may be submitted for up to six lots, and a contract may be awarded for up to six lots. The estimated total value over the full contract term is EUR 1,144,769.37 excluding VAT. The anticipated start date is 1 January 2027, with the agreement running until 23 March 2028; it may be renewed up to twice under the conditions set out in the tender documents. Prices are adjustable, and an advance payment is provided for without requiring a guarantee. The contract includes environmental performance conditions detailed in the tender documents. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 6 November 2026 and remain valid for five months. Bidders must provide evidence of tax and social-security compliance, authority to represent the bidder, and insurance, together with the required forms and supplier information sheet.
