Implementation of a Video Surveillance System

Summary

The contract concerns the implementation of a video surveillance system for the Trois-Rivières Community of Municipalities in Hirson. The contractor is expected to supply and install cameras and the associated network, ensure secure integration with the administrative network, plan the control-centre solution, and describe maintenance, staffing, working methods and the schedule. The contract has a single lot and may be awarded to one company or a consortium; variants are not permitted. It runs initially for two years and may be extended twice for one year each, up to a maximum total duration of four years. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 noon on 2 November 2026. Evaluation assigns 40 points to price and 60 points to technical merit.
