Rental and maintenance of high-visibility workwear for Cavaillon municipal staff

Summary

The tender covers the rental and maintenance of high-visibility workwear for Cavaillon municipal staff, as well as the maintenance of workwear for municipal police staff. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers the rental and maintenance of category 2 and 3 high-visibility workwear for 67 employees; Lot 2 covers maintenance of high-visibility workwear for 51 municipal police and public-road surveillance employees. For Lot 1, the technical assessment awards 25 points for samples, 10 for the methodology, 5 for implementation times and the ability to supply new entrants, and 10 for customer service. For Lot 2, it awards 30 points for the methodology, 10 for implementation times and the ability to supply new entrants, and 10 for customer service. The environmental criterion requires bidders to describe, among other things, collection and delivery arrangements, the environmental impact of washing, garment durability and repair, and the reuse or recycling of textiles at the end of their useful life. Electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
