Summary

The tender covers security, guarding, access control and assistance services at Maison des Femmes de Nancy, which provides support and shelter for women affected by violence and their children. The contractor will safeguard people and premises, monitor the site and manage access. This is a single-provider framework agreement with no lots, and bidders must price all three mandatory variants.
