Framework agreement for meal supplies to the Val de l’Aisne childcare centres

Summary

The tender covers the preparation and delivery of meals, ordered as needed, for the Val de l’Aisne inter-municipal authority’s three childcare centres in Braine, Bucy-le-Long and Vailly-sur-Aisne. The framework agreement runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027 and may be renewed twice for 12 months each, up to 31 December 2029. Offers must be submitted electronically in French by 12:00 on 30 October 2026. Bidders must provide the requested financial and technical capacity evidence and a technical proposal, including sample menus for four consecutive weeks, information on product origin and traceability, delivery arrangements and environmental measures. Offers will be evaluated on price (40%), technical merit (40%) and environmental merit (20%). The contracting authority may negotiate with the three highest-ranked bidders, but may also award the contract on the basis of the initial offers.
