Cleaning of premises and windows at Val de l’Aisne childcare centres

Summary

The contract is a call-off framework agreement for cleaning premises and windows at childcare centres operated by the Val de l’Aisne community of municipalities in Braine, Bucy-le-Long and Vailly-sur-Aisne. Services are to be provided in 2027, with two possible 12-month extensions, up to 31 December 2029. Annual orders will total at least EUR 10,000 and no more than EUR 30,000 excluding VAT. Bidders must submit pricing schedules and a technical proposal covering service organisation, staff skills and training, cleaning products, environmental measures, service monitoring and a dedicated contact. They must demonstrate their financial and technical capacity and relevant previous experience. Offers must be submitted electronically in French by 12:00 on 30 October 2026. Offers will be assessed on price (40%), technical merit (40%) and environmental performance (20%).
