Ten-year diagnostic assessment of five drinking-water boreholes
Summary
The contract covers the ten-year diagnostic assessment of five drinking-water supply boreholes: Pont de la Beauze, Guérenne, Bouchets, Pivert and Chatelu. At the Pont de la Beauze borehole, the groundwater-level probe must also be replaced. The works are located in the municipalities of Saint-André-et-Appelles, Saint-Avit-Saint-Nazaire, Pineuilh, Pellegrue and Massugas, and the maximum contract period is three months. The services form one indivisible lot. Bidders must provide a technical memorandum describing, among other things, the proposed methodology, staff and equipment, health and safety and environmental measures, and how disruption caused by taking the boreholes out of operation will be reduced. A fully completed price breakdown and a week-by-week schedule are also required. The base solution is mandatory; variants may be offered if they comply with the technical specifications. Bids must be submitted electronically in French by 30 October 2026 at 12:00 and remain valid for 120 days. Evaluation is based on technical quality (50%), price (40%) and environmental characteristics (10%).
