Transport of deceased persons before placement in coffins for Vierzon Hospital

Summary

The contract is for transporting deceased persons before placement in coffins from Vierzon Hospital’s Robert Leroux site and La Noue care home to the mortuary at the Léo Mérigot site. The service must be available every day, including weekends and public holidays. For ordinary call-outs, transport must be arranged within a maximum of two hours; following a death in the evening or at night, the body is transferred the next morning as directed by the hospital, from 8:00 and before 10:00. The services will be procured through a single-provider framework agreement based on purchase orders, renewable up to a total duration of 48 months; the maximum value for each of its four periods is EUR 5,000 excluding VAT. Tenders will be assessed on price (60 points), transport organisation and order management (30 points), and the condition of the dedicated vehicle fleet, including low or very low CO2 emissions (10 points). Applicants must provide administrative and technical capacity evidence, hold prefectural authorisation to transport bodies, and use a vehicle separately approved for that purpose. Tenders must be submitted electronically in French and in euros by 2 November 2026 at 11:00.
