Chilled meals and snacks for schools and leisure centres

Summary

The municipality of Eragny-sur-Oise is procuring the preparation and delivery of chilled meals and snacks for schools and leisure centres. The framework agreement covers four-component meals for children and adults, options with and without organic ingredients, ovo-lacto-vegetarian and fish meals, milk, two-component snacks, sports-school snacks, packed picnics, cold buffet or barbecue food, and emergency meals. It will be performed through orders by one contractor and is not divided into lots. Prices are unit prices; the periodic ceiling is EUR 1,125,000 excluding VAT and the overall ceiling is EUR 4,500,000 excluding VAT. The initial period runs from 1 January 2027 to 3 January 2028, with three possible one-year renewals, for a maximum duration of four years. The submission deadline is 3 November 2026 at 12:00, and offers must remain valid for 180 days. Offers are evaluated on quality (58%), price (40%) and environmental performance (2%). Bidders must provide a detailed technical offer, including menus, delivery and food-safety arrangements, and the proportions of locally sourced, organic and fresh products. Offers must be submitted electronically and in French, or with a French translation.
