Training on preventing and managing aggression in social work

Summary

The tender concerns training to help employees of the Loire Department prevent and manage aggressive situations encountered in the course of their work. It is intended for reception staff, medico-social secretaries, social workers and their managers. A four-year single-supplier framework agreement will be awarded, starting on 1 January 2027 or on a later notification date. Orders will be placed under the framework agreement; there is no minimum volume and the maximum is 40 training sessions. The submission deadline is 23 October 2026 at 16:00, and bids must remain valid for four months. The award criteria are technical merit at 50%, environmental performance at 10% and price at 40%. Bidders must submit Forms DC1 and DC2 and provide evidence concerning turnover, staffing and management numbers over the last three years, as well as relevant past services.
