Development of a Drinking Water Safety Plan

Summary

The contract is for preparing a Water Safety Plan (PGSSE) for the Molsheim-Mutzig inter-municipal authority. The work covers an initial review of the water supply system, identification and consolidation of hazards and risks, assessment and prioritisation of risk-control measures, and preparation of the final plan with a prioritised action programme, associated costs and tools for checking the effectiveness of the measures. The review includes, among other topics, water resources, production and treatment facilities, the distribution network, monitoring, and readiness for emergencies and exceptional events. The contract lasts up to 12 months, and bidders must submit a proposed methodology and schedule. Offers are evaluated on price (40 points), technical quality (50 points) and environmental performance (10 points). Offers must be submitted electronically by 3 November 2026 at 12:00.
