Telephony and Internet Connectivity for the Municipality of Camiers

Summary

The contract covers the supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of telephone services and internet connectivity for the Municipality of Camiers for 48 months. It is divided into two lots: telephony and internet connectivity. The telephony solution includes an IP Centrex system or SIP trunking. Internet access is to be provided by fibre, with fixed 4G/5G connections for sites that cannot receive fibre. The contract also includes the required telephone and network equipment, porting existing numbers, user training, support and corrective maintenance, and migrating sites from ADSL to fibre or, where fibre is unavailable, to fixed 4G/5G. Services cover municipal buildings and listed associated sites, including beach safety posts in neighbouring municipalities. The deadline for tenders is 2 November 2026 at 14:00. Bidders must demonstrate the required registrations and technical capability, provide insurance evidence, meet the minimum average annual turnover of EUR 50,000, and submit relevant references from the last three years and information on the resources available to deliver the services.
