Supply of bus spare parts and diagnostic, maintenance and repair services

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of bus spare parts and diagnostic, maintenance and repair services in three lots: Mercedes Tourismo, Iveco and Otokar buses. A separate order-based contract will be awarded for each lot. The initial period starts on 1 January 2027, or on the later contract award date, and runs until 31 December 2027; the contract may be renewed twice for one year each, up to 31 December 2029. For each lot, the minimum value for the initial period is EUR 4,000 and the maximum is EUR 70,000 excluding VAT; the same limits apply to each renewal year. Bids will be evaluated on price (55%), technical merit (40%) and sustainable development (5%). Bids must be submitted electronically by 6 November 2026 at 16:00. Variants are not permitted.
