Extension of the Faluères stopping-area platform and construction of water and sewer networks
Summary
Laval Agglomération is procuring construction works in two lots for the Faluères large-area stopping site in Laval. Lot 1 covers extension of the existing platform, including ground preparation, earthworks, fill materials, geotextile, pavement structure and finishing. The bill of quantities includes, among other items, removal of 800 m³ of topsoil, grading and compaction of 4,000 m² of formation, and construction of a 30 cm layer of 0/80 aggregate and a 15 cm layer of 0/31.5 aggregate. Lot 2 covers potable-water and sewer networks. Its estimated quantities include 330 m of 200 mm PVC SN8 sewer pipe, 12 sewer connections, 255 m of 32 mm PE PN16 drinking-water pipe and 12 water-meter connection assemblies. The work also includes trenches, an inspection chamber, connections to existing networks, road-surface reinstatement, testing, flushing and disinfection of the drinking-water pipes, and as-built documentation. Tenders must be submitted by 23:00 on 2 November 2026. The preparation period is one month and the works may take up to two months; all work must be completed by 26 February 2027 at the latest. Evaluation weights are 40% for price, 50% for technical and organisational quality, and 10% for the company’s environmental policy. Lot 1 tenderers must price both the base solution and both additional services: removal of surplus soil and supply and installation of concrete posts. Free variants are not allowed.
