Venue hire and ancillary services for entrance examinations in Paris

Summary

The procurement covers the rental of venues and ancillary services in Paris for written entrance examinations of the National Institute of Public Service. A bidder may offer one or two examination sites; locations in zones 1–4 of the Île-de-France public transport network are preferred. The sites must meet requirements for examination organisation, capacity, accessibility, security and other necessary arrangements. This is a single-supplier framework agreement under which services will be ordered as needed. The initial term is 12 months, with one possible renewal for the same period; the total term may not exceed 24 months. There is no minimum volume. The maximum is EUR 500,000 excluding VAT per year and EUR 1,000,000 for the entire contract term. Bids must be submitted electronically by 5 November 2026 at 12:00 and remain valid for four months. Bidders must provide information on turnover, staffing and resources for the last three years, relevant past-performance references, and the required insurance and other documents. Bids will be assessed on technical quality (50 points), price (40 points) and environmental performance (10 points).
