Auction sale of two industrial and tertiary plots in Alaquàs

Summary

The Municipality of Alaquàs is selling two buildable plots for industrial and tertiary use in Sector VII by public auction. Each plot is awarded independently, and bidders may bid for either or both. Plot M6-7 (Lot 1) measures approximately 9,803 m² and has a starting price of €1,998,088.84; plot M6-4 (Lot 2) measures approximately 889 m² and has a starting price of €263,941.36. Prices exclude taxes and other transaction costs. Both are urban plots where infrastructure works are still in progress, and construction is governed by the Sector VII detailed plan. M6-7 forms part of the Municipal Land Patrimony and is subject to the use restrictions associated with that status. For each lot, the highest valid bid wins; price is the sole award criterion. A bid must meet or exceed the relevant starting price and may not be conditional. The submission period is 20 calendar days, starting the day after publication of the contract notice in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. Participation requires a separate provisional guarantee of 5% for each lot: €99,904.44 for M6-7 and €13,197.07 for M6-4. Bidders must demonstrate their legal capacity, provide the required identity, company and representation documents, and declare that no legal prohibition or debt prevents their participation. The successful bidder must pay the purchase price plus VAT within 15 calendar days of receiving the award notice and bear the taxes and costs of the transaction.
