Supply of non-textbook books to Roannais Agglomeration libraries

Summary

The tender covers the supply of non-textbook books to the libraries of Roannais Agglomeration. The books include novels and other literary works for adults, general and specialist non-fiction, and novels, non-fiction books, picture books and tales for young readers.
