Managed Services for AI Environments

Summary

ASNR is seeking a single-supplier framework agreement for technical assistance in operating and managing its artificial intelligence environments. The work covers service mobilisation, governance, production and handover at the end of the contract. Production services include administration and expertise for AI infrastructure, AI cybersecurity expertise and additional services. There is no minimum value; the framework ceiling for the full term is EUR 2,500,000 excluding VAT. The initial term is 12 months from 1 January 2027. Orders issued before the framework expires may be carried out for up to six months after its expiry. Bids must be submitted electronically in French by 19 October 2026 at 16:00. Each bid must include a completed commitment form and financial annex, as well as a technical proposal. Price accounts for 40% of the evaluation, technical quality for 55%, and sustainability for 5%; an elimination score may apply. The detailed technical specification is released after signature of a confidentiality agreement. Bidders must demonstrate the required economic, financial, technical and professional capacity and submit the required application and bid documents.
