Rehabilitation works at the Ferme des Tannes observatory

Summary

The tender covers works to the Ferme des Tannes observatory site in the municipality of Moëze, within the Moëze-Oléron nature reserve. Because the building is deteriorating and faces a risk from rising water levels, the works are intended to partially demolish it and shape it as a ruin while retaining the site’s use for welcoming visitors. The contract is divided into three lots: demolition, structural and façade works; a wooden platform; and landscaping. The works are scheduled to last four months. A site visit is mandatory for Lot 1 and recommended for the other lots. The technical quality accounts for 60% of the evaluation and price for 40%.
