Framework agreement for the supply of consumables for print-finishing tools

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, under a framework agreement with purchase orders, of consumables for the print-finishing tools used by the City of Toulon's printing services. The contract runs from 9 January 2027 to 9 June 2028. Its estimated value is €9,700 excluding VAT; the minimum contract value is €5,000 and the maximum is €20,000 excluding VAT. Purchases based on supplier catalogues or public price lists are limited to 40% of the minimum contract value, or €2,400 including VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically. The evaluation assigns 60 points to price, 30 to technical merit and 10 to environmental performance.
