Summary
The procurement covers road and utility-network works to bring the Revin waste recycling centre into compliance. The works include installing a flexible 120 m³ firefighting water tank and a suction area for emergency services; upgrading stormwater collection and treatment, including a new oil separator; installing perimeter fencing and a physical barrier between the operator’s area and the recycling centre; and demolishing and rebuilding the shelters used to store hazardous waste. The single-lot contract also includes road and surfacing, kerbing, masonry, metalwork, signage, stormwater drainage and fire-water network works, together with the studies, supplies and transport needed to complete them. The site is the Revin recycling centre, and the contract lasts two months. Bidders must provide declarations concerning exclusion grounds and employment obligations and demonstrate the required financial and technical capacity. A site visit is mandatory and must be carried out independently during the recycling centre’s public opening hours. A bid from a bidder that has not visited the site will be declared non-compliant. The submission deadline is 21 October 2026 at 16:00.
