Renovation of the East Wing of the Palais Bourbon

Summary

The procurement covers several lots of renovation works on the ground floor of the East Wing of the Palais Bourbon in Paris: demolition and clearance, structural works, lead removal, masonry and stonework, tiling, partitions, ceilings and raised floors, interior and exterior joinery, painting, resilient flooring and signage, electrical works, and heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing. Bids may be submitted for the listed lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 and 9; the technical scope is set out in the documents common to all lots and in the documents for each individual lot. The works are scheduled to take 14 months, including the preparation period, with a provisional start in March 2027 and completion in May 2028.
