Remote German, English and Spanish refresher training and in-person introductory Alsatian training

Summary

The Collectivité européenne d’Alsace is procuring language training for its staff in two lots: remote refresher training in German, English and Spanish, and in-person introductory training in Alsatian. Services will be ordered as needed under separate framework agreements, each awarded to one contractor, with no minimum order and an annual maximum value. The annual maximum is EUR 150,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 100,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2. Each agreement runs initially for 12 months and may be renewed three times for one year at a time. Bidders may submit offers for both lots. Bidders must provide financial and experience information, completed pricing schedules, and a technical and environmental proposal. Offers are assessed on price (60%), technical quality (35%) and environmental performance (5%). Bids must be submitted electronically in French by 12:00 on 2 November 2026.
