Summary

The tender covers the supply of custom-made orthoses and corsets for patients treated by the Hôpitaux du Sud Manche. The work includes an orthotist’s visit to the patient, assessment of needs based on a medical prescription, measurements or moulding, manufacture and delivery to the requesting hospital department, fitting, adjustment and any necessary repairs. Devices must follow the prescription, be traceable and comply with the requirements applicable to custom-made medical devices. This is a single-supplier framework agreement with no lots, performed through orders and capped at €215,000 excluding VAT. The initial term is two years from 1 January 2027, with one possible 24-month renewal, for a maximum total term of four years. A device must be available no later than 48 working hours after measurement, and required repairs must be completed within 24 hours. The deadline for submitting offers is 2 November 2026 at 12:00. The bidder must provide information on its financial, technical and professional capacity, including staffing and relevant references. The offer must include the price schedule, a technical proposal and technical product documentation, and, where applicable, a catalogue. Evaluation weights are price 40%, technical quality 40%, response times and responsiveness 10%, and environmental performance 10%. Offers must be submitted electronically; variants are not allowed.
