Snow clearance on the Maubeuge–Louvroil bus corridor and at the Louvroil bus depot

Summary

The contract covers snow clearance and salting or sanding on the dedicated bus corridor between Maubeuge and Louvroil and at the bus depot in Louvroil. At the depot, the service also covers the bus parking area, two staff car parks, their access road and the area beside the workshop building. Work will be ordered as needed and according to weather conditions under a framework agreement. Prices are unit-based, and the contract has a maximum value of EUR 210,000 excluding VAT. The initial term is 12 months, with three possible 12-month extensions, for a maximum total term of 48 months. The contractor must be able to respond quickly, including on weekends and public holidays. The bus depot has priority, and work normally takes place overnight between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. The tender must describe the proposed method and resources, state the response time in minutes from the telephone call, and explain measures to reduce environmental impact. Evaluation weights are 50% for price, 20% for the technical proposal, 20% for response time and 10% for environmental performance. The tender must be submitted electronically by 23 October 2026 at 12:00. It must be in French or accompanied by a French translation and remain valid for 120 days. Negotiations may be held, although the contracting authority may award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders.
