Plumbing maintenance

Summary

The contract covers maintenance and upkeep of the plumbing installations and sanitary equipment in the buildings of the Caisse Générale de Sécurité Sociale in Martinique for 48 months. It is divided into two lots: the Place d’Armes headquarters, and the centres and branch offices in Trinité, Schoelcher, Californie, Acajou, Nacarat, Manhity, Marin and Agora. The estimated values are EUR 150,000 and EUR 190,000 respectively. Bidders must provide turnover information and evidence concerning their workforce, management staff, equipment, and previous plumbing works and maintenance experience. Offers will be evaluated on price (60%), technical merit (30%) and environmental management (10%). The submission deadline is 19 October 2026 at 12:00.
