Instrumentation works for building heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems

Summary

Grand Annecy is procuring works to install instrumentation and building management systems for the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems in 13 buildings in the Haute-Savoie area. The procurement is divided into two lots: (1) high- and low-voltage electrical works, and (2) plumbing and HVAC works. The contract will run for 12 months. The list of buildings and detailed scope of work are set out in the tender documents. Bidders may optionally visit the EHPAD Barioz building in Argonay and the Pépinière Annecy Base Camp in Annecy; visit dates will be announced during the procurement procedure. The deadline for submitting bids is 28 October 2026 at 12:00. Bids will be evaluated on technical merit (55%), environmental value (5%) and price (40%).
