Renovation of the Coutances offices

Summary

The tender covers the renovation of offices in Coutances, in the Manche department. The works are divided into seven separate lots: demolition and structural works; external joinery; dry lining and internal joinery in two lots; resilient floor coverings; plumbing, sanitary installations, ventilation and air conditioning; and electrical works. A separate contract will be awarded for each lot, and the works will be paid at fixed prices. The contract period is six months. A site visit is mandatory for the relevant lots: lots 1–3 on 12 October 2026 at 14:00, and lots 4–7 on 13 October 2026 at 14:00. The meeting point is 7a allée du Château de la Mare, 50200 Coutances. The deadline for tenders is 28 October 2026 at 12:00. Bidders must provide the required declarations and evidence concerning turnover, professional liability insurance, workforce and previous works.
