Multi-year archive digitisation programme – bound registers and written documents

Summary

The contract concerns the digitisation of bound registers and other written archival documents dating from the 19th and 20th centuries. The work includes taking charge of, transporting and storing the documents; carrying out launch and pre-production tests; digitising the material; organising the production schedule and quality control; and delivering the final data. The contractor must secure the data, destroy copies held by the contractor after completion, and respect distribution rights. The framework agreement will be performed through orders, will run for 36 months and has a stated upper value of EUR 125,000. Tenders will be evaluated on technical merit (60%), environmental performance (10%) and price (30%).
