Mandatory vehicle roadworthiness inspections for the Pas-de-Calais Department – 3 lots

Summary

The tender covers mandatory roadworthiness inspections for vehicles belonging to the Pas-de-Calais Department under a framework agreement divided into three lots: light vehicles and light utility vehicles in the Arras area, light vehicles and light utility vehicles in the Saint-Martin-lès-Boulogne area, and heavy vehicles in the Arras area. The framework agreement will be awarded to a single supplier and fulfilled through orders, with no minimum volume. The maximum amount per period, excluding VAT, is €28,000 for Lot 1, €5,000 for Lot 2 and €15,000 for Lot 3. The initial term is 12 months from 1 January 2027 or, if later, the date of award notification; it may be tacitly renewed three times for 12 months each. Evaluation weights are 70% for price, 20% for environmental value, 5% for proposed workshops and 5% for social value.
