Works to control runoff and erosion in the Ordrimouille sub-catchment

Summary

The contract covers works to control runoff and soil erosion in the Ordrimouille sub-catchment in Beuvardes. The planned nature-based water-management measures comprise 1,736 metres of hedge on an earth bank, one drainage inlet and 396 metres of ditch. The procurement is divided into two lots: earthworks, and planting and seeding. Each lot has a 14-calendar-day execution period, for a total of 28 calendar days from the service order to commence work. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit with the contracting authority, scheduled for week 42 of 2026, and include the completed visit certificate with their offer. Offers must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 26 October 2026. The offer must include the commitment document, bank account details, a technical memorandum and, where applicable, subcontracting declarations. Variants are not permitted, and offers must comply with the tender documents. Evaluation assigns 40 points to price and 60 points to technical merit, covering matters such as the schedule, environmental performance, resources allocated to the works, methodology and relevant experience.
