Rehabilitation of the Orvault waste collection centre

Summary

The contract covers the rehabilitation of the Orvault waste collection centre on Rue Panhard in the Loire-Atlantique department. The works are divided into four lots: (1) demolition, roads and external utilities; (2) general building works, excluding building services; (3) electrical works, including low- and high-voltage installations, video surveillance, heating, ventilation and plumbing; and (4) landscaping, fencing and a gate. The contract lasts 12 months. A site visit is mandatory for Lots 1, 2 and 3. The deadline for tenders is 4 November 2026 at 12:00. The evaluation criteria are set out in the tender documents.
