Rehabilitation of the Ferme des Tannes observatory

Summary

The tender covers the alteration of the observatory building at Ferme des Tannes in the Moëze-Oléron nature reserve, in the municipality of Moëze. Because the building is deteriorating and has cracks, the aim is to cease using it and turn it into a ruin while retaining the site as a place to welcome visitors. The contract is divided into lots: 1) demolition, general construction and facade works; 2) a timber platform; and 3) landscaping. Signage is not included in this procurement. The works are to last 4 months. A site visit is mandatory for Lot 1 and recommended for the other lots; a social clause applies to Lot 1. The deadline for tenders is 23 October 2026 at 12:00. Technical quality accounts for 60% of the evaluation and price for 40%.
