Rental of audiovisual, video, streaming and projection equipment for the City of Nice and its metropolitan area

Summary

The tender concerns the rental of audiovisual, video, streaming and projection equipment, together with associated equipment, for events organised by the City of Nice and the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolis. The services include delivery, installation, dismantling and removal of the equipment, as well as providing qualified staff to operate it. This is an order-based framework agreement with an initial term of 12 months and up to three possible renewals, for a total term of up to 48 months. The overall minimum value is EUR 220,000 and the maximum is EUR 4,000,000, excluding VAT. The estimated value for 12 months is EUR 1,339,258.10 excluding VAT. Tenderers must provide turnover information, a list of their main deliveries over the previous three years and the required catalogue. During the initial contract period, the contractor must implement at least one social-inclusion measure specified in the tender documents.
