Rehabilitation works for the wastewater pre-treatment plant at the Hagetmau abattoir

Summary

SATEL is procuring works to rehabilitate the wastewater pre-treatment plant at the Hagetmau abattoir. The single, un-lotted contract covers preparation and execution design, earthworks and concrete works, pumping-station equipment, an 80 m³ buffer tank, a flotation unit, pipework, and electrical and automation equipment, as well as installation, commissioning, testing and training. The anticipated contract duration is 12 months, with work provisionally expected to start in January 2027. Bidders must submit a compliant base offer and may also submit one variant. Both additional services must be priced: the flotation unit’s coagulation/flocculation system and the buffer tank deodorisation system. A site visit is mandatory, and proof of attendance must be included with the offer; the visit must be booked by email at least 48 hours in advance. Offers must be submitted electronically by 12:00 noon on 30 October 2026. Offers will be assessed on price (60 points), technical merit (20), schedule (15) and environmental performance (5).
