Reopening and reinforcement of dikes at Savane Sarcelle, the former Mana rice fields

Summary

This is a framework agreement for works ordered at the Savane Sarcelle protected site, in the former Mana rice-field area of French Guiana. The work includes removing vegetation from dikes, reinforcing and levelling damaged or collapsed sections, installing or removing culverts, and cleaning existing culverts to restore access along the dikes and water flow. Work will be ordered as needed and carried out mechanically and/or by hand; the contractor must protect the natural environment, ensure safety and handle waste appropriately. The agreement runs for one year and may be renewed automatically on each anniversary, for a total term of up to four years. Its value is between EUR 50,000 and EUR 250,000 per year, and between EUR 200,000 and EUR 1,000,000 over four years, excluding VAT. Bidders must submit a completed unit-price schedule and estimated-quantity schedule. The tender submission deadline is 30 October 2026 at 16:00. The tender documents also provide a site-visit certificate form.
