Workwear care service for Tisséo technical staff

Summary

The contract covers the care and maintenance of workwear for Tisséo technical staff in the Toulouse urban transport area. The initial contract period is three years from 4 January 2027, or from a later contract notification date, and it may be renewed once for 12 months. The maximum amount is EUR 300,000 excluding VAT for the initial period and EUR 105,000 excluding VAT for the renewal period, for a total maximum of EUR 405,000 excluding VAT. The contract is reserved for adapted enterprises, work-assistance establishments and services, or equivalent organisations in which at least 50% of employees are people with disabilities who cannot work under normal conditions because of the nature or severity of their impairments. The bidder must provide evidence of eligibility and information on turnover, insurance, staffing and relevant services performed during the previous two years. Offers must be submitted electronically. The award criteria are price (60%), technical merit (37%) and environmental performance (3%).
