Acquisition of computer equipment

Summary

The tender is for the purchase of computer equipment for the Municipality of Vence, divided into two lots: computers and printers; and peripherals, power expansion equipment, computer network equipment and spare parts. Deliveries are to be made within the Municipality of Vence for the purchasing group members: the City of Vence, SIVOM du Pays de Vence and the Vence Cultural Agency. The annual minimum and maximum amounts, excluding VAT, are EUR 5,000 and EUR 62,800 for Lot 1, and EUR 5,000 and EUR 45,000 for Lot 2. The contract runs for one year from 1 January 2027, or from a later notification date, and may be renewed once for a further year. Tenders will be evaluated on technical value and maintenance (40%), price (50%), and environmental performance and the eco-design of the equipment (10%). Bidders must provide evidence concerning previous supplies, workforce, turnover and the persons authorised to sign on their behalf.
