Construction of an extension for an office and staff area

Summary

The contract covers construction works for an extension to SIEOM’s premises in Gournay-en-Bray to provide an office and a staff area. It is divided into nine lots: masonry, timber framing, roofing, external joinery, internal joinery with insulation and linings, painting and flexible flooring, electrical works, plumbing and heating, and a kitchenette. The estimated value is EUR 100,000. Bids will be assessed on price (40%), implementation of social inclusion clauses (10%), and the technical quality of the proposed solution (50%). Each bid must include a technical memorandum setting out the staff and equipment proposed for the works, the contractor’s professional and technical qualifications, and its environmental experience or training. A site visit is mandatory and must be arranged with the project manager; visits are available on 12 and 19 October from 14:30 to 16:00. The deadline for bids is 30 October 2026 at 17:00.
