Rental, installation and operation of an ice rink, mobile children's ice area and ice trail

The tender covers a temporary ice rink, a beginner children's ice area and an ice trail at Vincennes. The contractor must provide, among other things, the required staff, 420 pairs of skates, 120 helmets and 20 children's double-bladed skating aids, online booking and payment, and participatory, inclusive and environmentally responsible activities. Lot 2 includes 100 hours of social-inclusion work. For both lots, bids are evaluated on price (50 points), technical or activity-plan quality (40 points) and environmental performance (10 points). Bidders must provide the financial, staffing, technical-equipment and past-services information specified in the tender documents, together with tax, social-security and insurance evidence. Bids must be submitted electronically in euros and in French, or accompanied by a French translation.
