Public service concession to operate the new market hall and municipal markets

Summary

The tender concerns a public-service concession to operate Pontault-Combault’s new market hall, approximately 1,000 m² in size, and the municipality’s markets. The concession covers organising market operations, receiving and placing traders, maintaining and cleaning market areas, calculating and collecting fees, promoting the markets, and holding at least five events each year.
